At OwlCrate, we want every bookworm to be thrilled with their magic-filled boxes; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that individual items from monthly subscription boxes cannot be returned separately.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our support team within 14 days of receiving your package to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all books and exclusive goodies are in new, unread, and unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the return to our warehouse, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
